For 2021, due to Covid-19, this division is umpired by managers & coaches rather than teenaged umpires. Prior to Covid-19, it was officiated by teenage umpires.

Changed Dates/Days for Segment changes to reflect 2022 calendar and to make each segment's duration equal at approximately two weeks. "Segments" delineate transitions affecting batting order and base "stealing".

Changes from 2021 season are: 1) Reduced max. pitches for LA13 pitchers from 95 to 85 pitches; 2) Established that the Balk warning approach will not change during the regular season.

Z. ARCHIVE. 2021 Major and AAA Division Rules Document. Rev. 4/2- Updated April 27, 2021 at 5:03 p.m. to indicate that the AAA will not use the Infield Fly Rule. This decision might be revisited for AAA Segment Three. Contact the AAA Commissioners or Art Krusinski with any questions.
Little League Coach Pitch Program *- The Little League® Coach-Pitch Program was created to provide volunteer managers and coaches in the Little League Minor Baseball Division with the appropriate direction to organize and efficiently operate practices throughout the season.
2020 Teen Umpire Registration Form.- All teen umpires must use this form to register to umpire during the 2020 season. Send the completed form to Brian Wilson (his e-mail is on the form) along with the "Releases and Waiver of Liability" form ,on or before March 14, 2020.
A ninety-minute classroom session will be held on Sunday March 15, and on Saturday March 21, 2020. New umps need to attend only one or the other, not both, The start time is TBD, but sometime between 9:00 AM and 12 noon. Returning umps do not need to attend any sessions.
