Overview of LS Youth Baseball Pre-K Explorer & T-Ball Programs
Our Pre-K explorer and T-Ball programs are designed to be a fun and enthusiastic introduction to the game of baseball for all boys and girls in Pre-K and Kindergarten. The goals of our program are for the kids to have fun, meet new friends and learn the basic skills of catching, throwing and hitting a baseball. We strive to ensure enjoyment and accomplishment for children at all levels of ability and experience. As the stepping stone into LS Youth Baseball, we hope they will continue to participate in Single A, Double A, Triple A and Majors.
Over the course of 8 weeks, players engage in a series of activities and games that will include skills, drills and plenty of activity in an age appropriate environment. Players are placed on teams of 6-8 players and receive a hat & tee representing a Minor League baseball team as well as a LS Baseball warm-up shirt.
The weekly format includes a team meeting & warm up, all team gathering with a demonstration of the skill of the week & relay race, skills, drills and fun! As the season progresses, the teams play games against each other.
We ask all parents to come and help ‘coach’ on the field. It is an incredibly rewarding and enjoyable experience.
Sudbury Pre-K Baseball Explorer (Spring 2023)
Who: Entering Kindergarten Fall 2023
When: Saturday mornings, 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Season: April 29, 2023 – June 17, 2023
Where: Curtis Middle School, 22 Pratts Mill Road
Required: Players will need a glove and water bottle. All other equipment is provided. We play using a soft ‘sponge’ baseball.

Sudbury T-Ball (Spring 2023):
Who: Currently enrolled in Sudbury Kindergarten
When: Saturday mornings, 9:00 am – 10:30 am
Season: April 29, 2023 – June 17, 2023
Where: Curtis Middle School, 22 Pratts Mill Road
Required: Players will need a glove and water bottle. All other equipment is provided. We play using a softer reduced injury factor (RIF) baseball.

Lincoln Pre-K Explorer and T-ball (Spring 2023):
Who: Currently enrolled in Kindergarten or enrolling in Kindergarten in the Fall
When: Saturday mornings, 10:15 am - 11:45 am (after Lincoln Soccer)
Where: Codman Field, next to Codman Pool, at the Lincoln School.
Season: April 29, 2023 – June 17, 2023
Required: Players will need a glove and water bottle. All other equipment is provided. We play using a softer reduced injury factor (RIF) baseball.

Lincoln & Sudbury Fall T-Ball (Fall 2023):
Who: Entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2023 and 2024
When: TBD
Where: Lower Featherland Park
Required: Players will need a glove and water bottle, All other equipment is provided. Age & ability dependent, we will play using both a sponge & reduced injury factor (RIF) baseball.
