LS Youth Baseball Volunteer Application Instructions

All volunteers are required to complete the following steps each year:

Online Cori application
Little League Volunteer Form (NEW in 2022 LSYB league admin will email you an authorized link to this form)
Driver's License

For Steps 2 and 3, email a copy of the driver's license to the administrator and request an authorized link for the Little League Volunteer Form.
