LS Youth Baseball is constantly working to make our children’s Little League experience the best it can be. Key to this effort is the feedback we get from you, the player’s parent, about your player’s manager. Please help us by completing the Manager Evaluation form by September 15.

The evaluation should focus on your child’s manager.  Please spend some time to consider each quality listed, and rank them honestly according to your particular experience.  It is always helpful if lower “grades” are accompanied by relevant comments or concerns.  Specific praise for certain aspects of a manager’s performance is also useful.
 
Note that there is a section to comment on the coaches.  In many cases they work very closely with the managers and deserve their own recognition.  Please take time to mention the coaches and provide anything of note regarding their participation. You can also include any other comments you might have on any other aspect of the spring season.
 
Finally, it is your prerogative whether or not to electronically sign your evaluation.  A select group of Coaches and Education members and the Executive committee handle all information with full confidence.  Summary information from the evaluations is provided to the managers to give them direct feedback; be assured all identifying information is removed first.
